Stephen Boyce 

I'm a freelance arts and heritage consultant with over 30 years experience in the cultural sector. I have held senior positions with Southern Arts Board, the Community Fund and the Heritage Lottery Fund, playing a significant role in regional cultural development and the distribution and management of funds from the national lottery. I also have extensive experience as a trustee, volunteer and creative practitioner.

 

Drawing on my experience I'm able to bring a calm, thoughtful, and strategic approach to managing change and building capacity. My aim is to generate vision, focus action, foster learning and connect people. Specific skills include advice on fundraising, facilitation, mentoring, strategic planning, governance, advocacy, writing/editing and a knack for getting the best out of others.
